WE OFFER A HOLISTIC PROGRAM

We incorporate the principals of periodisation in order to plan a long term training program for sporting teams and individuals alike. A sound S&C program should incorporate periods of de-loading, building and maintenance phases in order to perform at our peak during competition.  We will look to incorporate a combination of balance/proprioceptive exercises, mobility tasks, resistance and cardiorespiratory exercises to form a holistic program.
