WHAT TYPE OF PERSONAL TRAINING CLASSES DO WE OFFER?

We offer both 1:1 and group-based personal training sessions. Utilising our private training space in O’Connor, our personal trainers can assist your health and fitness goals in a knowledgeable, fun, and supportive way.

Our group classes are fantastic for those who want a little variety with their training.  We have classes that run early morning and evening, as well as a Saturday morning bootcamp.

For those looking for something a little more tailored, our 1:1 sessions offer a more personalised and individual approach to your program. 

We offer 1 x free week of group training classes and 1 x free PT session for all new attendees!
