WHAT PERSONAL TRAINING CLASSES DO WE OFFER?

We offer both 1:1 and group based personal training sessions. Utilising our private training space, we can assist you in improving your health and fitness in a knowledgeable, fun, and supportive environment.

Our group classes are fantastic for those who want a little variety with their training. For a more individualised approach utilise our 1:1 sessions. We have classes that run early morning and evening, as well as a Saturday morning bootcamp.

We offer 1 x free week of classes and 1 x free PT session for all new attendees.

Strength and Conditioning
Telehealth services for Exercise Physiology are now bulk billable with a current referral.
