I have been a qualified personal trainer for the past 13 years, specialising in strength & conditioning, toning, body fat reduction, injury prevention and joint integrity. My passion has always been working with the community to help them live more active and healthier lives, providing them customised workouts and nutrition advice that is achievable and maintainable.
I am naturally a very active person that enjoys training at the gym, surfing and running around with my kids. Lately I’ve been privileged to be my son’s Auskick coach, which has been incredibly rewarding seeing him and his mates develop new skills and working together as a team.
